Shipping Policy | House of Dank CBD & Merch

Thank you for shopping with House of Dank, LLC (“House of Dank,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Shipping Policy explains how and when we ship your orders, what to expect in terms of delivery, and any restrictions or responsibilities you should know. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.


1. Processing Time

Once you place an order, we typically process and fulfill most orders within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. The time it takes us to pick, pack, and stage the order is included in processing.

During peak seasons (holidays, promotional sales, or high volume), processing times may be slightly longer. We’ll always strive to keep you informed via order status updates.


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other trusted couriers to deliver your packages. The specific carrier and method used may vary based on your shipping address, order size, and service availability.

When you checkout, you’ll see available shipping options and rates. You may also have the option to upgrade to expedited or priority shipping for an additional charge.


3. Estimated Shipping Times & Delivery

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping (Ground / First-Class): 3 to 7 business days
  • Expedited / Priority Shipping: 1 to 3 business days (depending on carrier and destination)

Please note that these are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or unexpected disruptions.


4. Shipping Fees & Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination (state, ZIP code)
  • Package weight, size, and dimensions
  • Chosen shipping method (standard, expedited, etc.)

We may offer free or discounted shipping promotions — check for active offers on our site. These discounts may be automatically applied or require a code at checkout.


5. CBD / Hemp Shipping Restrictions

Because we ship hemp-derived CBD products, some states or localities may have restrictions or prohibitions. It is your responsibility to ensure that receiving CBD products is legal in your state or area. If your order is returned to us due to local restrictions, you may be responsible for additional shipping or restocking fees.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that violate federal, state, or local laws. In such cases, we will notify you and issue a refund for the product portion of the order (excluding shipping, when applicable).


6. Order Tracking & Shipment Notifications

When your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier details. You can use this information to follow the progress of your delivery. If you do not receive a tracking email within a reasonable time, contact us and we’ll assist you.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

Once a package leaves our facility, responsibility transfers to the carrier. If your order is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit:

  • Lost or missing: First check the tracking status. If there’s a delivery exception or delay, contact the carrier. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, contact us and we’ll investigate and assist.
  • Damaged upon arrival: Take clear photos of the damage (item and packaging) and contact us immediately. We will assess and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

Claims for lost or damaged packages must be reported within [X days — e.g. 7 or 14 days] of delivery.


8. International Shipping

At present, we only ship within the United States (48 contiguous states).
If we expand to international shipping, we will publish updated terms here. You’ll be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country.


9. Changes to This Shipping Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Effective Date” above. Continued use of our services after updates signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
