At House of Dank, we strive for your satisfaction. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how refunds or replacements may apply, and the steps to request them. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has shipped. If you contact us before fulfillment, we’ll reverse the payment and notify you. Once an order ships, it is final—no refunds or cancellations are allowed beyond that point.
Once your order has shipped, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds as a general rule. Please do not send items back—packages sent back to us will be refused and returned to the sender.
In exceptional cases of a damaged or defective product, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement. To qualify, you must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect. We document every order with a pre-shipment photograph, so in the event we confirm an error on our part, we will re-ship replacement items at no cost to you.
If you receive the wrong item or a product arrives damaged or in poor condition:
If we determine that we caused the issue, we will ship a replacement to you free of charge. All decisions for replacements are made at our discretion.
