At House of Dank, we strive for your satisfaction. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how refunds or replacements may apply, and the steps to request them. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Cancellation & Refunds Before Shipping

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has shipped. If you contact us before fulfillment, we’ll reverse the payment and notify you. Once an order ships, it is final—no refunds or cancellations are allowed beyond that point.

2. No Returns After Shipping

Once your order has shipped, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds as a general rule. Please do not send items back—packages sent back to us will be refused and returned to the sender.

In exceptional cases of a damaged or defective product, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement. To qualify, you must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect. We document every order with a pre-shipment photograph, so in the event we confirm an error on our part, we will re-ship replacement items at no cost to you.

3. How to Request a Replacement

If you receive the wrong item or a product arrives damaged or in poor condition:

• Contact our customer support immediately.
• Provide order details and clear photos of the item and packaging.
• We will evaluate the claim promptly.

If we determine that we caused the issue, we will ship a replacement to you free of charge. All decisions for replacements are made at our discretion.

4. Important Exceptions & Disclaimers

• Never return products without authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender.
• This policy is governed by English language interpretation regardless of translation.
• This policy does not guarantee refunds for changed minds or buyer’s remorse after shipping.
  

5. Legal & Compliance Notes (CBD-Specific)

Because we sell CBD and hemp-derived products, extra conditions may apply:

• All sales are final once shipped, except for confirmed defects.
• Products contain ≤ 0.3% Δ9-THC (or as legally allowed).
• You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to purchase our products.
• Be aware that use of hemp/CBD products may lead to a positive drug test.
  Statements regarding health or efficacy have not been evaluated by the FDA.
• Void where prohibited by law; subject to applicable state, federal, or local regulations.

We may update this Return & Refund Policy occasionally. When we do, we’ll revise the “Effective Date” at the top. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
